His uniform is often the first thing people notice about a Scout!  Be sure to keep the uniform clean and make sure patches and insignia are properly affixed.

Purchasing a Uniform
With the closure of Supply Sergeant in Escanaba, official uniform items can no longer be purchased locally.  The closest stores are now the Green Bay and Appleton Scout Shops.  Uniform items may also be purchased online at the scoutstuff.org website.

The Pack Committee has created a Uniform Order Guide in an effort to make uniform purchasing a bit easier on parents.  To place an order, simply download/print the guide at the link below, fill it out, and turn it in to your den leader along with a check for the total amount made out to ‘BR-H Pack 445’.  Money in a Scout's popcorn account may also be used.  The Pack will take care of the ordering and, as an added bonus, will cover the cost of tax and shipping!
Uniform Order Guide  Updated September 2016
As always, please contact your Scout's Den Leader if you have any uniform items you'd be willing to donate to the pack and/or if you are looking to borrow used uniform items for your Scout.

Wearing the Uniform*
In general, every Cub Scout should wear his uniform to all Cub Scouting activities, including den and pack meetings, unit outings, and any activities done with members of the den or pack. When playing sports, going to camp, or participating in other physical activities, a pack may opt to have the Cub Scouts wear an alternate uniform, such as an activity shirt.

Badge Placement*
When a boy first joins Cub Scouting, his uniform will display only those badges that identify his status: the World Crest, which shows him to be a member of the worldwide Scouting movement; the national flag; his council strip; his pack number; and his den number. As he progresses, the Cub Scout will earn badges, pins, medals, and other insignia that tell of his accomplishments in Scouting. These items should be added to the uniform only after they have been earned.
